This project demonstrates the ability to build and deploy a free-tier, no-code workflow that instantly captures client inquiries from the website, logs them into a Google Sheets CRM, and sends a real-time notification to the sales team via Slack. This system eliminates manual data entry and ensures immediate lead follow-up, converting potential hours of delay into seconds of action.

Campaign Goal: To build a robust, no-code automation system for capturing leads from a website, logging them into a central database (CRM), and instantly notifying the sales team (Slack) using only free-tier software.

The Challenge: Overcome the paid limitations of professional CRM software and Zapier's Premium features by using Google Sheets as a custom, lightweight CRM.
